Losing track is a 1st person train conductor game, where you navigate a hazard riddles track to deliver your ghost passengers safely. avoid hazards to ensure no passengers are harmed whilst aiming for the fastest time possible.

Developed as part of a 5 man team, I was one of 2 project leads during the year long development process.

leading agile development process. With weekly meetings and bi-weekly sprints, consistent reviewing and iteration lead a reflection oriented development approach, adjusting each sprint as necessary.

My development contribution focused on the train controls and mechanics. These included implementing the rail system for the train to follow using an adjusted camera node system, the multiple train cars that follow along the tracks and the train controls such as speed and tilting for avoiding obstacles. I also wrote up the standard forms to use throughout development, such as the standard for designing and building levels to achieve uniformity throughout the game.
